#42 『作り置きおかず6品』【簡単/料理】☆夕飯/お弁当のおかずに安くて美味しい作り置きおかず☆

今回は6品の簡単おかずです
・切干大根入りパスタサラダ
・アスパラ、ブロッコリーのペペロンチーノ
・牛すじと大根の煮込み
・鶏むねのスパイス揚げ カレー風味
・鶏のアスパラチーズ巻きフライ
・かぼちゃの甘露煮

煮物を作りながら色々作業をしていたため、編集で時短にした部分や、時間軸がずれている所がありますがご了承ください。
かぼちゃの下処理から煮始めるところの動画が撮れていませんでした。。皮をピーラーで少し剥き、一口大にカットし、水300cc、砂糖、みりん、醤油、各大さじ1を入れ落し蓋をし、煮汁が無くなる寸前までにつけました。
色々お見苦しい点がございますがご勘弁を!
